INTO THE WOOD
02:36
|
|||
get lost in the letters that spell out a wood
through the blue of late night by head light, yes, you should
everyone all in! all in everyone ! in! in! in! in!
you who might be afraid be brave! be brave!
courageous kids, go lead the way!
it’s time to play the hero believe you may.
what do you say? what do you say?!!
gotta follow the feet of the friends that you meet
and a friend in the end you will greet just believe you me

OVER THE HILL
02:15
|
|||
steal what you will
from gooseberry hill
not for the thrill
(three mouths to fill)
plenty to spare, might as well share
no one will care
(what’s fair is fair)
one thing’s for sure he’ll pilfer some more
in through the side door?
his confidence soars!

TO THE COOP
06:16
|
|||
and at the last minute, with all hope diminished
an idea arose, an old view let go
a new plan descended
miraculous, mended
A new innovation
for a pilferer's patience!
there isn’t a math to map out
the path of meandering
we listen we learn
while asking to turn
from our answering
the nature of luck sings
“never give up” when the road gets tough
and one thing’s for sure,
in search of a cure
it is always rough…
they’ll meet at the table
and all will be able to feast up forevers
and drink in each other
with smiles like the trees
in the dance of the leaves…
when believing in team
the wind sings, the moon beams!

FARMERS THREE
05:29
|
|||
every tale contains some villainy
(in fact this role is played, in part, by three)
they’re nasty, cruel, and mean
one fat, one short, one lean
a greedy little team of tyranny
now those silly villains spill the plan
they’ll dig and bulldoze dollars on demand
no rest they’ll take it seems
to shatter fox's dreams
with all their ugly schemes of treachery
the farmers known as boggis, bunce, and bean
these three, you see,
so stubbornly hold fast their greed
while those hungry
fight for their needs in this country
you’re kidding me?! Oh, how silly!

FEAST FOR ALL
03:52
|
|||
when finding that feast right at your feet
when luck is your seat
big thanks to who?
it’s all for you...... so let’s share some food.
let’s share some food.
let’s share some food.
come on in and sit at the big table
one by one, as your favorite animal
from a fox in a fix who is now able to
raise a tall cup… GOOD LUCK!
and back overground….
those three are found
still digging their holes
still spending their gold
still out in the cold growing old…
So let’s share some food!

SHOVEL TROUBLE
03:58
|
|||
wizard wit, where are you now?
‘gainst the wall, all drowned in doubt
you can scream and you can shout
shovels crash to flush you out
missed the chance to take your stand
failed again your master plan
dig and dig while you still can
they’ve got spades but you’ve got hands
now the farmers bring their worst
dozers blazing break the earth
women, children, ya’ll go first!
home destroyed by your own curse...

UNDER BEAN'S TRUCK
02:30
|
|||
so under the gun
how could they have won?
all hope for the sun
buried below, now, too tired to run
shivering shadows, asleep, all but one
what have you done?
that ain’t much fun
surrounding the hill
so terribly still
so armed to the gills
faithful employees all ordered to kill
overtime paychecks await them until
they have their fill
firing at will.
